T. Flynn Altmeyer has extensive personal injury litigation experience in trucking and auto claims as well as other injury causes of action. He represented hundreds of personal injury claimants seriously injured at the 2021 Astroworld concert in Houston, Texas.

Mr. Altmeyer graduated Magna Cum Laude from West Virginia University in 2010 and, following two years as a United States Congressional staff member in his home state, graduated from the West Virginia University College of Law in 2015.

Before relocating to Texas, Mr. Altmeyer’s practice included three years as an insurance defense attorney, and four years as a Clerk for West Virginia’s First Judicial Circuit Judge.

Mr. Altmeyer is licensed to practice law in Texas, West Virginia, and Pennsylvania. He is also licensed in the Northern and Southern Federal District Courts of West Virginia.
